INSANITY

Raindrops are pitter pattering,
And here I am sitting down without doing a thing.
My history book is sprawled open on the table,
but my head feels so disabled.
Raindrops I hear you,
So much of me wants to be soaked in you.
My brain feels so tangled up with numbers,
Its probably the sight of integers for the pass few hours.
Raindrops, raindrops,
How free you fall without a thought.
All these words and numbers are driving me to pain,
I guess I'm becoming INSANE.
Raindrops, what such reality,
Wash away this INSANITY.
That I will once be free again,
Let me not be soaked in vain.
Raindrops, you've got nothing to hide,
How translucent and fine.
Clear these skies that I may find,
Something so bright, oh rainbow shine!
